Interested candidates must submit an official application form available from http://admissions.nu.edu.kz together with all required documents to the School of Humanities and Social Sciences by May 15, 2018.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview of about 20 minutes, which may be conducted as a face-to-face interview or via conference call.
Successful applicants will be notified by mail with an official letter of admission. The outcome of the applications for the MAPSIR program will be announced around the beginning of July.
A key requirement for graudation is a final thesis, through which students can gain precious independent research and methodological skills.

Prospective students should have a tentative idea of the broad topic they wish to write on at the time of application. Supervision is available in the three subfields of comparative politics, international relations and political theory.
